Who these cover

This website is operated by Ismail Mohamed Fareed, trading as LittleMan Dev, Malé, Republic of the Maldives. Using the site means accepting what is on this page. If you do not, the remedy is straightforward: stop using it.

The prices on this site are ranges, not offers

The figures on the pricing page are published so you can judge whether a conversation is worth having. They are indicative ranges for typical scopes. They are not a quotation, not an offer capable of acceptance, and not a promise that your project will fall inside them.

A price becomes binding when it is written into a quotation for a defined scope and we have both agreed it. Until then, nothing on this site commits either of us. If a published range turns out to be wrong for your scope, I will tell you the real number rather than honour a figure that was never about your project.

Rufiyaa is the quoted currency. Dollar equivalents shown anywhere on this site are indicative conversions for convenience and are not the amount invoiced.

What the content here is worth

The explanatory writing on this site — what moves a price, when a landing page is the wrong answer, which payment gateways work here — is offered in good faith and in general terms. It is not professional advice for your situation, and no relationship is created by reading it. Decisions about your business should be made on advice that has looked at your business.

I keep it accurate and current, but I do not warrant that every statement is complete or error-free, nor that the site will be available uninterrupted.

Intellectual property

The design, code, text, layout, illustrations and the LittleMan Dev name and mark on this site are mine, except where stated. You may read it, link to it, quote it with attribution, and view its source — it is served to your browser, and I have no complaint about you learning from it. You may not copy the site wholesale, present it as your own work, or reuse its content commercially without asking.

The typefaces are third-party works under the SIL Open Font License; their licences are noted with the files.

Client work shown on this site remains the property of those clients. Their names, marks and project photography appear because the work was done for them, not because I own it.

Your project is a different matter. What I build for you transfers to you on final payment, per the terms agreed before the build. That is settled in the project agreement, not here.

Links out

This site links to client sites, to WhatsApp and Telegram, and to a demonstration build. I do not control those destinations and am not responsible for their content or their handling of your data once you arrive.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general content — including lost profit, lost business or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability for actual project work is dealt with in the agreement for that project, where it belongs, and is not affected by this page.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top is when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Maldives, and the courts of the Maldives have jurisdiction. Where I contract with a client outside the Maldives, that project’s signed agreement may specify something different, and where it does, it prevails for that project.
